Cleaning on the inside, leaves you feeling confident on the outside, and is the secret to creating a wonderful foundation on which to build a better, healthier life.
A word of warning … pursuing health can be a bumpy road. (Read my personal story.) I won’t sugar coat the difficulties of pursuing health. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, and it usually takes more than one cleanse. You are likely looking at years, not weeks or months. It takes a strong constitution to commit to this journey.
Zencleanz home cleanses are easy to maneuver and they are EXTREMELY effective. These cleanses are changing the way I think about overall body health and changing people’s health like I’ve never seen before.
Cleansing the body is not an end point, but rather the beginning of something new. Not all cleanses are created equal, and not everyone feels the same while cleansing. Speak to us before deciding if, when, and which cleanse you should consider doing first.
Preparing for your Home Cleanse
Most people easily navigate these protocols, but there are some the have to push through every step of the way. It is recommended you stay dedicated to the schedule – but this is not always possible. If your body is sending you messages during your cleanse – please listen to it.

A piece of advice for your prep
24-48 hours prior – Stick to a blended raw, lightly steamed whole food, or liquid diet to maximize the results of this cleanse. If you have been constipated or generally have trouble eliminating, book a series of colonics before you attempt any cleanse. Your bowel must be in good working order for success in your elimination!
Book a colonic post-cleanse 1-2 days after. Your releases are heavy, toxic material and can be difficult for the body to let go of.
“By product” of your home cleanse
No two releases are the same. A typical release from the liver would consist of green sandy matter – or much bigger stones – covered in fatty material mixed with toxic matter. If you use a shower jet over this you will reveal dark green pieces, which are gallstones. It is common to have hundreds or thousands of them. Besides stones, clients are seeing liver flukes galore! Google liver or blood flukes if you don’t know what they are. NOT for the faint of heart.
The Liver/gallbladder duo and their functions are an extremely important part of living a long and healthy life, so we should think twice about how we treat them. Without them, you are not living.
